Super Salmon Patties

Protein-packed salmon patties flavored with herbs and spices, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 400g canned or cooked salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan, cook patties 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
