Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  1. Use a spiralizer to make zucchini noodles.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add tomato sauce, salt, and pepper, cook 3-4 minutes.
  4. Toss zucchini noodles in sauce for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve with fresh basil and Parmesan on top.
