The Secret of making COLLAGEN TEA

Collagen is an integral component of our hair, skin and nails, and our joints and ligaments. For a smooth and supple complexion, healthy bones, and improved digestion, have a collagen tea!

INGREDIENT

  • 11g /1 scoop collagen protein powder
  • 1 tsp raw cacao
  • 1 tsp maca root powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon 
  • pood pinch of Stevia or Natvia      
  • 1 cup hot filtered water     

optional:

  • pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried turmeric

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a tea or coffee cup.
  2. Pour over the hot water.
  3. Stir until dissolved.
  4. Enjoy warm.

CULINARY TIPS

  • Make the night before and chill overnight 
  • Change the flavour with added spices 
  • Add turmeric and ginger
  • Add the turmeric latte mix
  • Add the chai latte mix 
  • Replace half of all the water with nut milk
