INGREDIENT
- 11g /1 scoop collagen protein powder
- 1 tsp raw cacao
- 1 tsp maca root powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pood pinch of Stevia or Natvia
- 1 cup hot filtered water
optional:
- pinch black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried turmeric
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a tea or coffee cup.
- Pour over the hot water.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Enjoy warm.

- Make the night before and chill overnight
- Change the flavour with added spices
- Add turmeric and ginger
- Add the turmeric latte mix
- Add the chai latte mix
- Replace half of all the water with nut milk
