Super quick and easy bite sized treats everyone will love. Low in fat and high in fibre, we challenge you to make them last longer than one day!
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g Pitted dates
- ¼ cup Desiccated coconut
- ½ cup Oat bran
- 2 tbsp Dutch cocoa powder
- 1 Rind of 1 orange, finely grated
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed orange juice
- Extra desiccated coconut for coating
METHOD
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix well
2 . If the mixture does not hold together to form balls, add some extra orange juice (about 1 tsp)
3. Roll mixture into small, bite sized balls
4. Roll in extra desiccated coconut if desired
5. Refrigerate for a couple of days in an air tight container or gobble up straight away!
