INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 large ripe avocado flesh
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbs raw cacao
- 1 scoop Stevia o 1 tsp Natvia or Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1 3/4 cups almond or hazelnut milk
- 2 organic Brazil nuts
- 1 scoop Modere Protein powder
- 2 tbs shredded or desiccated organic coconut
- 4-5 ice cubes
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Drink as soon as possible.
CULINARY TIPS:
Add any of the following:
- 2cm piece fresh turmeric
- 1/4 fresh red chilli, seeds in or out
- 2cm piece fresh ginger
- pinch clove powder
- pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 tbs Coconut oil
