Indulgent and rich chocolate brownie blended into a smoothie. This wi I satisfy your taste for chocolate and dessert without the added sugar.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 large ripe avocado flesh                   
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbs raw cacao                                       
  • 1 scoop Stevia o 1 tsp Natvia or Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1 3/4 cups almond or hazelnut milk                                      
  • 2 organic Brazil nuts                              
  • 1 scoop Modere Protein powder
  • 2 tbs shredded or desiccated organic coconut              
  • 4-5 ice cubes 

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Drink as soon as possible.

CULINARY TIPS:

Add any of the following:

  1. 2cm piece fresh turmeric
  2. 1/4 fresh red chilli, seeds in or out 
  3. 2cm piece fresh ginger
  4. pinch clove powder 
  5. pinch ground nutmeg
  6. 1 tbs Coconut oil
