INGREDIENTS

  •  1 Medium beetroot, unpeeled, chopped
  •  1 Orange, peeled
  •  2 Medium carrots, unpeeled
  •  1 Medium lemon, peeled
  •  2.5cm Piece ginger, peeled
  •  Flaxseed oil 1 tsp.

METHOD

  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Peel orange, lemon and ginger.
  3. Add all ingredients, except oil, through juicer.
  4. Once juiced, stir in the Flax seed oil.
  5. Serve over ice and enjoy.
