INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, or chose your favourite berry
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk
- 1-2 tbs fermented rice protein powder
- 1-2 tsp green food powder (wheatgrass or spirulina)
- Small handful of fresh mint leaves, about 8 leaves
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and well combined
- Enjoy, or chill and enjoy later!
