A quick and nutritious breakfast or healthy snack! Use the power of your blender to create this powerful smoothie.


  • 1 cup frozen blueberries, or chose your favourite berry
  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 1-2 tbs fermented rice protein powder
  • 1-2 tsp green food powder (wheatgrass or spirulina)
  • Small handful of fresh mint leaves, about 8 leaves


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and well combined
  2. Enjoy, or chill and enjoy later!
