How to Prepare a Perfect FLAVORED MILK

Once you have your favourite base milk, add these flavourings to it. Fresh flavoured milk that you’ll drink by the glass!



Green Energy

  • 3 scoops Green Qi
  • 1/2 r pe avocado flesh

Cinnamon & spice

  • 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger seeds from one
  • cardamom pod
  • pinch ground nutmeg

Cacao Pow

  • 3 tsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 spoons of Stevia powder or 1-2 tsp Monk
  • Fruit Sweetener or other natural sweeteners

Coconut, Turmeric, Ginger & black pepper

  • 3 tbs organic coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2cm knob fresh ginger peeled 
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper


  1. Add the fresh nut milk to a blender.
  2. Add the extra flavour ingredients to the milk.
  3. Blend until just combined.
  4. Store in the fridge for 4-5 days and shake or stir before drinking.
