Once you have your favourite base milk, add these flavourings to it. Fresh flavoured milk that you’ll drink by the glass!
- 3 scoops Green Qi
- 1/2 r pe avocado flesh
Cinnamon & spice
- 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger seeds from one
- cardamom pod
- pinch ground nutmeg
- 3 tsp raw cacao powder
- 2 spoons of Stevia powder or 1-2 tsp Monk
- Fruit Sweetener or other natural sweeteners
Coconut, Turmeric, Ginger & black pepper
- 3 tbs organic coconut Cream
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 2cm knob fresh ginger peeled
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- Add the fresh nut milk to a blender.
- Add the extra flavour ingredients to the milk.
- Blend until just combined.
- Store in the fridge for 4-5 days and shake or stir before drinking.
