This is quick to make a dish that can be used to sprinkle on breakfast. Sprinkle on top of Almond Pancakes, coconut yoghurt, chia puddings or even desserts.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almonds 
  • 6 Brazil nuts
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbs sunflower seeds 
  • 2tbs pumpkin seeds

Optional:

  • 3 tsp raw cacao 
  • 2 tsp Natvia
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Add the almonds to a food processor, and process until roughly chopped.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, then pulse 2-4 times depending on how finely chopped you want the mix.
  3. Store the mixture in a sealed container in the fridge.
  4. Add 1-2 tbs to breakfast dishes, desserts and snacks!
