This is quick to make a dish that can be used to sprinkle on breakfast. Sprinkle on top of Almond Pancakes, coconut yoghurt, chia puddings or even desserts.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almonds
- 6 Brazil nuts
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbs sunflower seeds
- 2tbs pumpkin seeds
Optional:
- 3 tsp raw cacao
- 2 tsp Natvia
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
METHOD
- Add the almonds to a food processor, and process until roughly chopped.
- Add the remaining ingredients, then pulse 2-4 times depending on how finely chopped you want the mix.
- Store the mixture in a sealed container in the fridge.
- Add 1-2 tbs to breakfast dishes, desserts and snacks!
