INGREDIENTS
- 1 large bunch of basil, or combination of basil and coriander
- 1 garlic clove
- 65g / 1/2 cup almonds
- juice of 1 lemon
- 4 tbs olive oil
- 1/4 tbs himalayan salt
METHOD
- Roughly tear the herbs into the bowl a food processor or thermomix, then add all the other ingredients.
- Pulse until everything comes together, adding more oil if needed.
- Adjust to taste with more salt or lemon as needed.
- Transfer to a container and cover with more olive oil to preserve it.
- Refrigerate and use as you like!
